Generally, 8-10 glasses of water is the limit to keep our bodies hydrated and cool throughout the day but in summer when the heat shoots up we surely need something more besides water. And this is when some super-foods which keep lingering around us play the part of the much required water intake during the scorchy days. Watermelon is one of my favourite fruits and I love to have a good, big glass of watermelon juice after coming back home from a long day in summers. So why don’t even you try to make one for yourself as this red giant among fruits contains 91.5% of water.
