The All-Time Heartthrob Karan Singh Grover stole the heart of bollywood’s ever hot and sizzling beauty Bipasha Basu and the duo finally tied the knots on April 30 after being in a year long relationship. The two got close on the sets of Alone movie released last year. They had been sharing their cosy moments on social media platforms but repeatedly denied rumours of them dating or their plans of getting married. But the couple confirmed their wedding by announcing the date on social media.
The wedding was surely the most awaited one as it was of one of the hottest couples in the industry. It stood up to the expectations of being a huge wedding which was held at St.Regis Hotel in Lower Parel, Mumbai. The marriage rituals took place in the most Bengali way as Bipasha is a Bong. Bips got dressed in the traditional Bengali style bridal wear with an all red lehenga with a white crown and white kum kum dots right above her eyebrow. Karan graced the occasion in a white kurta and dhoti and made an unusual arrival by hopping on a segway instead of a ghodi and made the wedding much cooler. The duo made this wedding much more exciting for everyone as they constantly shared pre-marriage pictures and pictures from all of their wedding ceremonies.
They gave a name to their wedding using #MonkeyWedding with their pictures that they shared. The next day was their wedding reception and unlike their wedding ceremony which included more of family and close friends, the couple’s wedding reception was star studded with B-town’s biggest celebs like Salman, Shahrukh, Amitabh along with Abhishek and Aishwarya, Ranbir Kapoor, Sanjay Dutt and Manyata, Sonam Kapoor, Ritesh Deshmukh with second time pregnant wife Genelia and many more came along to give their best wishes to the lovely couple.
